THRIVE offers a full spectrum of care for outpatient needs for mental wellness- anxiety, trauma, bipolar, depression, addiction, counseling, therapy and substance use in Las Vegas, including IOP (Intensive outpatient) groups, one-on-one counseling, family, couples, and tele-therapy. We work with several community partners to offer medication assisted (MAT) treatment and outpatient detox services. Our team of experienced therapists are here for you. We offer a treatment & wellness center in an environment where we provide our clients with an upscale, boutique, warm and intimate space to explore, talk through and overcome challenges that they are facing. Our clients have referred to us as concierge-therald and rave about our client services.
