Judy Retterath Withdrawal Management Center (formerly Mission Detox Center), founded in 1978, provides detoxification and clinically managed withdrawal management services to adults and adolescents ages 13 and older who are intoxicated or in withdrawal due to consumption of alcohol or other drugs. The primary goal is to provide a safe environment to facilitate uncomplicated detoxification and withdrawal, and assessment and referral in a timely and cost-effective manner. Services include: Clinically managed withdrawal management Rule 25 access Onsite physician visits Assessment Counseling Nutritional Services Chemical health education services AA/NA groups Discharge planning Referral
