Human Empowerment Institute, LLC (HEI) is a substance abuse and mental health treatment facility that provides service to adults & juveniles; including outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial care services. HEI is committed to assisting individuals in their rehabilitation and reintegration efforts. HEI also provides assessment and treatment services to persons at the facility for specific or co-occurring disorders daily.
