As of April 1, 2023 UnityPlace The Knolls is now the Trillium Place Residential Center at The Knolls. Trillium Place is here to serve individuals and families with addiction and mental health concerns. With locations in Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka, Trillium Place provides a comprehensive range of services including inpatient, outpatient, counseling, psychiatry, and crisis services.
