Description

Our outpatient program provides a therapeutic atmosphere that focuses on traumas, life skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, recovery skills, communication, anger management, relationship skills, resolving grief, co-dependency, interpersonal relationships, parenting and relapse prevention. We examine the roles, rules, and relics of unhealthy relationships and begin the reshaping/healing process. Each outpatient session includes group therapy where clients address personal obstacles and come up with solutions to recover. We focus on addressing relapse triggers, regulating emotions, setting boundaries, and building healthy support systems. The program is designed to create a smooth transition process for clients to start living ​
