St. Joseph’s Col. C. David Merkel, MD Veterans Residential Program is licensed by New York State’s Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). Comprehensive treatment for Veterans and their families suffering from addiction. We also treat veterans with co-occurring disorders such as PTSD, anxiety, or depression. Our admissions process is confidential. Prospective Veterans from across New York State, and beyond, may apply regardless of their branch of service, length of service, or their discharge status. St. Joseph’s was recently recognized as one of America’s Best Addiction Treatment Centers by Newsweek Magazine. We accept Medicaid and most commercial / third-party insurances.
