Breaking free from an addiction is extremely difficult, because addiction is both a serious chronic brain disease AND a psychological and spiritual crisis. Only an approach that integrates treatment for the whole person, biological, relational, psychological, and spiritual, can hope to succeed. At InSight, we help provide a solution that encompasses all aspects of the human person affected by addiction. This includes individual and group psychotherapy, psychological testing, diagnosis and treatment of comorbid mental illness, life-coaching, peer support, and utilizing anti-craving medication such as buprenorphine or naltrexone (e.g. Suboxone® or Vivitrol®) to help break the cycle of addiction while building a solid recovery.
