Our residential program is located in a beautiful home in the heart of Scottsdale just a short drive from our outpatient clinic located at 10446 N 74th Street. The Miller Center is a behavioral health residential facility licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services and is Joint Commission accredited. The property is a sprawling acre+ property with private and shared bedrooms. This beautiful upscale 10 bed home was converted to a facility in 2019 and has 24-hour nursing with clinical services for those who have transitioned from a hospital setting or directly from our detox unit. Treatment at this level of care is recommended for 30-45 days and driven by medically necessity.
