Oliver Winston Addiction Services is a provider of Medication-Assisted Treatment for substance use disorders. This model of care recognizes that medications, combined with counseling and other behavioral therapies, can help those struggling with addictive disease to find stability of drug use behavior and support a path towards recovery. In treating the “whole patient,” we also evaluate for other medical and psychiatric illness and refer for treatment as determined by our providers. At Oliver Winston, we recognize the impact of psychological trauma and the risk of adverse health outcomes, including death, from the opioid crisis and how our mission/ vision align with the need to access care.
