Description

Axiom Care offers an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program designed to help those involved in the judicial system in Arizona find success and get back on their feet. All intakes are based on availability at our residential drug treatment program in Phoenix. Each client works intensively with our Case Management Team when they enter the program; with the focus on reducing recidivism and homelessness, while increasing engagement and work opportunities with support services. Our goal is to help some of the many thousands of people from every walk of life who struggle with alcohol and drug use in our region.
