Addiction and Substance Use Disorder Recovery Treatment Center in Michigan for adults, offering multiple pathways for treatment so that each person may achieve and remain in recovery. We provide Withdrawal Management (Detox); residential, outpatient programs, medication assisted treatment, follow-up care and sober living homes. Residential campuses are located in Boyne Falls, Walloon Lake, Gaylord, and Mt. Pleasant. Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient services are offered in Gaylord, Harbor Springs, and Cheboygan. Bear River Health is accredited by the Joint Commission. For the privacy and security of our clients and staff, all campuses are closed to the public.
