Collective Recovery is an outpatient COMMUNITY where individuals seek professional Telehealth support for substance use disorders. Our evidence based, holistic addiction therapy has been purposefully designed to help our Community increase the overall health and well-being of individuals, while deepening our Collective support connection. Collective Recovery engages multiple approaches to the addiction disorder including promotion of physical health, emotional balance, and the exploration of broader meaning. Our Collective Community complements awareness-based cognitive therapy approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mind-Body Bridging.
