Community Recovery/Community Behavioral Health first opened it's doors in Freehold, NJ in 1995 and has since grown, offering services in 2 locations (Freehold and Piscataway). Community Recovery/Rehab is a comprehensive outpatient prevention and treatment program for individuals with addiction and substance use disorders, licensed by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Medicaid recipient (NJ Medicaid, NJ Family Care) - Most Major Insurances - Private pay - Fee-for-Service, SAI, IDRC, Drug Court
