Embodied Recovery

Description

Embodied Recovery provides outpatient mental health and addiction treatment services in the heart of Los Gatos, California. We offer small group sizes which are ideal for emotional processing work and building the therapeutic relationships necessary for personal transformation. Embodied Recovery facilitates a variety of educational, process-oriented, somatic and evidence-based practices designed to undo unhealthy ways of living and create a life that is rich in meaning and purpose.
