We are an outpatient opioid and fentanyl treatment program that provides medication assisted treatment services. Our clinic is a private and confidential treatment option for individuals dependent on opioids. We provide drug rehabilitation services in a non-judgmental and compassionate treatment setting. Our goal is to help individuals get back to living a healthy life and performing their best. We accept, Arizona Complete Health, Medicare Part B and Tricare insurances, and offer affordable self-pay options for treatment. Give us a call!
