Since 2014, Foundation Medical Group offers compassionate care and help to those struggling with addiction and drug abuse. Our team of doctors and medical experts specialize in treating opioid addiction and drug use through the use of MAT (medication assisted treatment). We also offer psychiatric services. We prescribe medications such as buprenorphine (Suboxone or Subutex), Vivitrol and Narcan to help people detox from opiates and make changes in their lives. Our expert physicians also provide substance abuse counseling to help you start a new, healthy chapter in your life. Our treatment program is an outpatient medical clinic with weekend and evening hours available. We also accept all major medical insurance plans and Medicaid.
