Horizon Health is more than just Kentucky addiction treatment centers. We are a full-service recovery campus offering multiple resources for our clients, while eliminating many of the barriers to care. We provide Behavioral counseling, Mat services, IOP Housing Program, employment service and case management. We are dedicated to transforming lives and restoring long-term health to individuals, families, and communities in Southeastern Kentucky through community engagement and comprehensive outpatient care.
