Lakeland Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Lakeland, Florida, is a premier provider of outpatient treatment for adults who are struggling with opioid addictions. Medication-assisted treatment, or MAT, combines the use of FDA-approved prescription medications like methadone with counseling services and has proved to be successful in treating opioid addiction. At Lakeland CTC, each patient is prescribed a medication based on the current state of their health and their history of drug use. Unlike at many methadone clinics, patients who receive care at our treatment center have the opportunity to participate in individual and group counseling sessions, where they can get the support they need to prevent future relapse.
