Description

My experience as a therapist includes treating those with substance abuse and/or mental health disorders in short and long-term residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient counseling. Although familiar with many different therapeutic approaches, I often incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into most of my practice. These therapies are most effective for those seeking treatment for mood (depression, anxiety, bipolar) and personality disorders. My specialties include effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
