McAlister Institute- Kiva Learning Center for Women and Children

Description

Kiva is a long-term residential treatment program for women, with and without children, who are seeking help for alcohol and other drug addiction. Over the course of approximately 90 days, clients receive supportive housing, treatment planning, parenting classes (and access to on-site child care), educational workshops, mental health counseling, domestic violence assistance, vocational training, recovery support services, and extensive linkages to community resources.
