New Dawn Recovery in Fair Oaks is a Detox and Residential Program exclusively for women with an all female staff. The residence is a 6000 square foot 8 bedroom, 9 bathroom home with extra large bedrooms, high ceilings, and ensuite bathrooms. There are multiple private patios and a cozy outdoor fireplace. Our approach is evidence based and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy groups, Trauma Healing groups, individualized treatment planning and family therapy. Holistic groups include nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, life coaching, art therapy and equine therapy. The treatment team is comprised of certified addiction counselors and masters level therapists.
