We offer comfortable houses with a maximum of 10 residents per house, coupled with chef-prepared meals and holistic activities meant to heal the whole person such as massage therapy, outdoor activities, yoga, daily gym access, life coaching, and mindful meditation. Our treatment approach consists of CBT, Acceptance & Commitment (Mindfulness), and Dr. Covington's Trauma informed Helping Men Recover Curriculum facilitated by Master's Level Therapists.
