Description

Off Main Clinic (OMC) is a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program which provides medication, counseling, and medical consultation to adults with opioid addiction or severe alcoholism. OMC is strongly committed to bringing the very best and most effective treatment options to its patients. The clinic is state-licensed and accredited by CARF International. OMC complies with all federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. To determine eligibility for services, patients must be assessed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) assessment tool. Once it is determined if the patient meets eligibility, they work closely with a team of medical professionals to create their own treatment plan.
