PermiaCare, formerly Permian Basin Community Centers MHMR, is the Local Mental Health Authority and Local Intellectual and Developmental (IDD) Authority for the Permian Basin. We offer inpatient detox and substance abuse treatment at Turning Point. Our professionals have real-life addiction experience. They understand the struggle and the pull and pain of addiction and can help you toward recovery. Through a variety of treatment approaches, PermiaCare staff can help you find – and stay on – a path to recovery. We offer services for children and adults, and inpatient and outpatient treatment options that meet your unique needs.
