AN ADDICT, ANY ADDICT, CAN STOP USING, LOSE THE DESIRE TO USE, AND FIND A NEW WAY OF LIFE The Lake Havasu Narcotics Anonymous fellowship was started in the spring of 1991 in a members remodeled garage. It has evolved and transformed many times over since then but has remained intact throughout. After several moves to such places as the hospital, the library, community buildings and church's galore we were becoming harder and harder for visitors to find us. So our three separate meetings (Tuesday Thursday and Sunday) felt that in the spirit of unity we should band together and rent a common room and start meetings every night. This move proved to be a highly successful model for this rural community helping us grow to more than twent
