Description
Revive Life House is a residential and outpatient addiction treatment center for men in Nicholasville, KY. As a caring, faith-based addiction recovery and rehab center, our entire mission is to show the tangible love of Christ by providing excellent addiction treatment care in Nicholasville and Central Kentucky. We have been licensed with the state of Kentucky as an Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) since February 2016, and we are also accredited with CARF, in addition to ASAM at the Residential, 3.5 level of care.
