All utilities are included plus we provide high-speed internet, DirecTV, streaming apps and printers. Most of our guest beds are larger FULL SIZE pillowtop mattresses. Each bed comes with generous dresser and closet space. We also provide laundry supplies, coffee/tea, luxury bath towels and all of the basics.
