System of Care Across Tennessee

Description

System of Care Across Tennessee (SOCAT) is a statewide initiative that will implement numerous strategies and interventions to better serve children and youth with serious emotional disturbances (SED) and their families. SOCAT will create and/or strengthen a local interagency planning team (i.e. SOCAT Team) in each of Tennessee’s 95 counties, ultimately ensuring a statewide infrastructure for system of care.
