Description

Talbott Legacy Centers (TLC) Maryville provides comprehensive, outpatient treatment for substance use disorders. TLC specializes in the treatment of opioid use disorder (prescription painkillers, heroin addiction) & is the only facility in or with a primary service area of Blount, Loudon, Monroe, Sevier, and McMinn Counties that is able to offer all three FDA-approved treatment medications for opioid use disorder (buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone) along with individual counseling, group therapy, and other psychosocial support services. Medications are dispensed on-site and consumed in front of a medical professional until stability is demonstrated. (NOTE: Buprenorphine may be known by the trade names Suboxone, Subutex, or Zubsolv).
