Description
New Directions of White Deer Run is a 30-bed halfway house for adult men who can benefit from structured support and close supervision following their completion of residential treatment. New Directions serves men age 18 and above who are in recovery from chemical dependency, as well as those whose struggles with addiction are accompanied by certain co-occurring mental health challenges. Services at New Directions of White Deer Run include medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, and a variety of educational and process groups. Topics addressed during groups include life skills, budgeting, anger management, and the 12-Step Recovery Model. Minimum length of stay at New Directions is 90 days.
